CIVAC offers a digital workspace for compliance tasks together with the placement and coordination of appointed-officer mandates in a business-to-business context. We do not pursue any licence-bound activity that would require a dedicated supervisory authority within the meaning of § 5 para. 1 no. 3 DDG.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG). Our service is offered exclusively to business customers (B2B).

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 para. 1 DDG for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
